After a joint collaboration with Phoenix CDS, Home for All Continuum of Care, and the Heart of Illinois United Way; HOWIE will be making its debut in December. What is HOWIE? HOWIE is an acronym for Hygiene On Wheels Independence Empowered. A mobile hygiene unit that will provide direct access of showers, toilets, and laundry to our neighbors without homes.
