Madison North Construction Underway

We are thrilled to report that after several delays, construction on our newest housing project Madison North Apartments has finally begun.  Madison North is a four story apartment building in downtown Peoria that will feature 24 one-bedroom apartments, with tenant amenities and commercial office space on the ground floor.  The development will serve individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, households headed by persons living with a disability, and those who require supportive services to maintain stable housing.  Phoenix CDS was awarded $5.5 million from the Illinois Housing Development Authority for this project which will be completed later this year – bringing our community 24 homes closer to ending homelessness!
